The rail trolleys are designed for the transportation of various railway infrastructure components. They may be self-propelled, radio-controlled, towed, complete with a platform for the load to be lifted, complete with a support for the load to be shifted laterally, hydraulically controlled or with inertial movement control and set up for the transportation of rails or sleepers.
They have a maximum capacity that ranges from 20 to 70 t, but greater capacities may also be requested and they can be adapted to specific operating requirements. In the towed version, they have a negative action pneumatic brake with TRISTOP cylinders and the braking system is designed so that they can be placed in a row, forming a material transportation train. The overall dimensions make it possible to respect the transit gauge at all times and, thanks to the possibility to lift the loading platform and shift the loading support laterally, it is possible to avoid any obstacles along the track during transfer operations.
The self-propelled and radio-controlled versions of the trolleys are an integral part of the points and track panel replacement system. They are available in various models for specific applications.
